Where to stay in and around Walton-on-the-Naze (Essex)

I know. It’s disappointing, isn’t it? I’d love to own overnight sleeper beach huts but they just don’t exist in the area and thus I often get asked for recommendations re where to stay in Walton-on-the-Naze.

As a beach hut owner who now lives further than I’d like, I regularly stay close by when taking time out a the beach huts. Over the last years, I’ve tried hotels, AirBnB and caravans. I hope to test the camping options too soon!

What I would say upfront is that while large parts of Walton-on-the-Naze beach is dog-friendly, there are very limited options for dog owners in the immediate vicinity.  If you are an accommodation owner reading this then this is a big hint! There is a huge gap in a growing market of ‘beach hutters’ and those who hire our huts (including me!)

So let’s get on with it. If you plan to book more than one day in our Walton-on-the-Naze Beach Huts and/or just live that little further away, here are some options for you.
